I'm looking forward to helping you get back in the driver's seat of your life!
I've been struggling with changing my own habits for many years. I know what I should be doing but often struggle to follow through and be consistent. Are you the same?
My bad habits are and have been many. Everything from chewing my nails down to the skin, bingeing out on dark chocolate too often, being careless with money and sometimes relationships— tuning out and not listening to my wife and daughter, for example. That’s definitely the worst habit of all.
I’ve discovered that will power and self-discipline are only part of the solution. Changing habits means rewiring the brain not to respond to familiar triggers while responding to more positive alternatives.
It also means being more mindful, which is why learning a meditation practice is an important part of this ten day challenge.
Empowering you to flourish in the second half of life with the tools, experiences, and support to create lasting change.
