The Living Mindfully Bootcamp

10 evening sessions so you approach each day with calmness and clarity.

Learn how to be in control of your thinking and in control of your emotions.


We'll share how to:

  • face the challenges in your life with calmness and clarity

  • discover your ultimate happiness

  • live with compassion for yourself and others

  • develop and maintain a mindfulness habit that keeps you cool, calm and collected even under stress

The Program

DAY 1: How To Calm The Farm in 5 Minutes or Less

  • Science, benefits, simple breathing meditation

DAYS 2-5: Techniques for Focusing the Mind

  • 5 key mindfulness techniques: breath awareness, body scan, mindful eating, walking meditation, and loving-kindness meditation

DAY 6: Managing the Monkey Mind and Your Emotions

  • Observing thoughts and emotions non-judgmentally and develop strategies for responding effectively.

DAY 7: How to Become Happy

  • Gaining insight into what would make you truly happy.

DAY 8: Reducing Stress

  • Acquiring tools to manage stress, promoting resilience and emotional regulation.

DAY 9: Becoming a Good Listener

  • Active listening, empathetic communication, and conflict resolution using mindfulness principles.

DAY 10: Being Focused and Present in the Everyday

  • Incorporating mindfulness into everyday routines, enhancing overall well-being

I'm looking forward to helping you get back in the driver's seat of your life!

I've been struggling with my own overactive, restless mind for many years. The virtue and curse of being a creative type. Always thinking of a new song a new story.

And, I’ve been a bit of a chronic worrier. About money, about work, you name it I’ve worried about it. I’ve done a PHD in worry.

Which is why I did a 10 day silent Vipassana retreat back in 2017. Over 10 days of intensive meditation I came to better understand how my mind works.

Not always pretty.

And I learnt how to not be had by the constant chatter.

Mindfulness meditation is not about stopping the thinking. It’s about observing the mind and letting thoughts go, while exploring emotional states that come up.

Mindfulness has been so beneficial for me I became a certified Mindfulness facilitator.

I’m looking forward to helping you develop the skills to face life’s challenges with calmness, focus and grace and be less stressed in your life.

How do I know if Mindfulness meditation is right for me?

Mindfulness may not suit everyone. But the only way to know if the practice is right for you is to try it and find out.

Each session is recorded so you can catch up in your own time. We recommend attending live sessions so you can ask questions!

What if I have mental health issues?

If you have mental health issues you should consult a doctor or psychologist before signing up for a mindfulness program.
